Right-to-Know Requests

To file a right-to-know (RTK) request with the Clifton Heights Police Department, please download the Standard Right-to-Know Request Form from the Pennsylvania Department of Open Records website.

Completed forms may be returned to the Clifton Heights Police Department during business hours or emailed to trockenbach@cliftonheightspolice.com.
