09/07/2017 – DUI – Sgt. McCaughan

Police arrested a W/F operator of a motor vehicle after she was involved in an accident on Baltimore Ave. While investigating the accident the female displayed symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. She could not properly complete any field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI and related offenses.


09/11/2017 – Retail Theft – Sgt Martin

Police arrested a W/M resident of Lansdowne for retail theft and an active bench warrant after he left the K Mart with over $140.00 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Police located the male walking on Burmont Rd. where he was taken into custody without incident.


09/17/2017 – Robbery – Ofc. Berry

Police are investigating an armed robbery occurring at the Getty station on Baltimore Ave. The clerk reported a W/M in his 20’s about 5’9” and between 210 and 220 lbs. entered the business and pointed a black handgun at him demanding money. The male made off with about $250.00 in USC. Further description of the male included facial hair on his chin, and he was wearing a black NY Yankees hat, jeans and a white hoodie.


09/19/2017 – Theft from Vehicles – Sgt. Chappelle

Several cars along Baltimore Ave and intersecting streets were entered overnight with miscellaneous items taken, including change, small electronics and personal items. All the vehicles that were entered were reported to be unlocked at the time of the thefts.


09/21/2017 – Narcotics – Ofc. Berry

Police arrested a B/M resident of Yeadon for possession and dealing prescription narcotics after he was stopped for a vehicle violation. Found in his possession was suspected crack cocaine, opioid prescription pills, an amount of USC and suspected marijuana. –


09/29/2017 – Warrants – Sgt. Martin

Police arrested a W/M resident of Clifton Heights and his girlfriend. The male was a walk away from a halfway house in Phila and was charges with escape by PSP. Police learned he was at a residence on Diamond St. and searched the residence. His girlfriend denied seeing him or that he was at the residence. Police located him hiding behind a door. He was arrested for the warrant and she for obstructing.


09/30/2017 – DUI – Sgt McCaughan

Police arrested a B/M resident of Phila. after an accident investigation revealed he was intoxicated at the time of the crash. The male could not perform field sobriety tests and displayed symptoms of intoxication leading to his arrest.
