12/02/2016 – DUI – Ofc. Berry
Police responded to the intersection of Berkley and Cherry for a reported accident with an overturned vehicle. Upon arrival a white female resident of Clifton Heights was identified as the operator. She displayed symptoms of being under the influence and was subsequently arrested. Suspected heroin, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia were found incident to arrest. The operator was charged with DUI and narcotic violations.
12/04/2016 – Domestic Assault – Ofc. Berry
Police arrested two male residents of Clifton Heights for domestic related assault after arriving at the residence and finding both with injuries consistent with mutual combat. Both gave statements of being assaulted by the other and both were arrested.
12/10/2016 – Theft – Ofc. Ford
A resident of Cambridge Rd. reported that sometime overnight someone entered his work truck parked at the Getty Station at Church St. and took almost $1000.00 in power and hand tools. Police are investigating the matter.
12/18/2016 – DUI Narcotics – Ofc. Berry
Police investigated a reported crash on E. Berkley Ave. where the operator was found unconscious at the wheel. After waking her, the operator displayed symptoms of intoxication and was arrested for DUI. A search incident to arrest revealed suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia. The white female resident of Clifton Heights was charged with DUI and narcotic offenses.
12/18/2016 – Narcotics / warrant – Ofc. Berry
Police were called to a residence on Academy Rd. regarding a wanted subject on location. The caller stated that his daughter was active drug warrants and fled the residence. Police located the white female resident of Clifton Heights and took her into custody. A search incident to arrest found her in possession of suspected Heroin, paraphernalia and prescription medication.
12/24/2016 – DUI Narcotics – Ofc. Gallo
Police were called to Baltimore and Sycamore Aves. For a reported crash. Upon arrival police located a white pickup truck involved in the crash with the operator unconscious. Next to the operator was a partially consumed bottle of alcohol. After waking the operator, the white male resident of Upper Darby did show symptoms of intoxication and was subsequently arrested. A search incident to arrest revealed several narcotics including prescription and street drugs. The operator was charged with DUI and narcotic violations.
