10/04/2015 – MV Theft – Sgt. McCaughan
A resident of W. Madison Ave. reported that he was attempting to sell a dirt bike on a for sale app, received an offer and scheduled a meeting with a male named Teddy. The male showed and fled on the bike without paying for it. The male’s identity was found on social media and he was subsequently identified as the person who took the bike. An arrest warrant was issued for the Philadelphia resident.
10/07/2015 – Retail Theft – Sgt. McCaughan
Shoplifting charges were filed against a black female resident of Philadelphia after she was observed leaving Kmart with merchandise without paying for the items. The car she was operating was stopped on East Lansdowne and the items were recovered.
10/08/2015 – Theft – Sgt. McCaughan
Officers arrested a white male resident of Springfield Twp. after he was observed trying door handles of parked vehicles. The male was located on Boro Rd. and stopped. He was found in possession of items from a resident on S. Church St. and arrested for the theft.
10/10/2015 – MV Theft – Ofc. Berry
A resident of W. Berkley Ave. reported his 1997 Suzuki stole from the rear of his residence between 10/8 and 10/10. It was described as blue frame with lime green LED lights attached to the frame.
10/11/2015 – Narcotics – Ofc. Berry
Police arrested a black male resident of Clifton Heights after a traffic violation and subsequent follow up by officers. The male was found in possession of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia.
10/15/2015 – Public Drunkenness – Ofc. Gallo
A white male resident of Folcroft was arrested for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after being found on the ground in an intoxicated state at Springfield and Madison Aves. He was transported to the hospital due to his intoxicated state.
10/16/2015 – Public Drunkenness – Ofc. Gallo
Police arrested a black male resident of Philadelphia for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he was involved in a domestic argument on a SEPTA bus and refused to get off. The male threatened to bus driver prior to police arrival. He was removed without incident.
10/18/2015 – DUI – Sgt. McCaughan
Police arrested a white male resident from Havertown for DUI and narcotics after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. A syringe and suspected heroin was located on his person. He was taken into custody without incident.
10/20/2015 – Narcotics – Ofc. Wooding
Police arrested a white male resident of Clifton Heights for trespassing on SEPTA property. During a subsequent search the male was in possession of a syringe and suspected heroin. He was charged accordingly. A second white male from Collingdale was charged with trespassing.
10/24/2015 – Narcotics – Ofc. Berry
A black female resident of New Jersey was arrested for narcotics possession after the vehicle she was a passenger in was observed running a red light. Upon further investigation baggies containing a white chunky substance was found on her person. The items tested positive for cocaine.
10/26/2015 – Criminal Mischief – Ofc. Berry
A white male resident of Drexel Hill was arrested for criminal mischief after he broke the front door of the Rams Head Bar. He was located a short distance away.
