02/04/2015 – Narcotics – Ofc. Wooding
Police responded to the 400 block of Springfield Rd. for a reported unconscious subject. Officers located a w/m resident of Clifton Heights unconscious and foaming at the mouth. He was under the influence of controlled substances, which rendered him a danger to himself. Police also located a smoking bowl in his hand with freshly burnt Marijuana. The male was transported to the hospital and a summons for narcotics violations was filed.
02/04/2015 – Disorderly – Ofc. Wooding
Police filed Disorderly Conduct charges against two residents of Clifton Heights after they were found in an intoxicated state arguing in a vehicle and disturbing the neighbors. Both were released to a family member.
02/06/2015 – Narcotics – Sgt. McCaughan
Police responded to the unit block of Penn St. to assist probation and parole with a warrant service. While doing so the w/m residence taken into custody for the warrant was also re-arrested for drug possession after being found in possession of suspected heroin.
02/14/2015 – DUI – Ofc. Berry
Police arrested a Hispanic male resident of Drexel Hill for DUI and being under suspension, DUI related after he was observed committing a traffic offense. Upon stopping the vehicle he was found displaying signs of intoxication and taken into custody.
02/15/2015 – Narcotics – Ofc. Wooding
Police arrested a w/m resident of Folcroft after he was observed acting suspicious near the SEPTA stop on E. Baltimore Ave. It was discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest and upon further investigation he was found in possession of suspected narcotics including prescription medication and heroin.
02/18/2015 – Theft – Sgt Morgan
A resident of S. Sycamore Ave. reported the theft of patio furniture valued at $75.00 between 5 and 6 pm. The item taken was a white rocking chair.
02/19/2015 – Theft/Narcotics – Sgt. Chappelle
A white male resident of Drexel Hill was arrested for retail theft at the Kmart. While officers investigated the incident, they located several packets of suspected heroin in the vehicle owned by the defendant.
02/24/2015 – Theft – Ofc. Berry
A resident of S. Church St. reported the tail lights of his Dodge P/UP truck were stolen sometime overnight. The value was approximately $150.00
02/27/2015 – Theft – Ofc. Caputo
Two w/m residents of Collingdale were arrested after an alert resident observed them attempting to enter parked vehicles. They were apprehended in the act about two blocks from the call.
