10/20/2013 – Theft – Sgt. Brown

Police arrested a black male and white female for theft and related charges after a fight where they took a victim’s cell phone. The victim identified both actors after reporting it to police.


10/22/2013 – Assault – Sgt. Brown

Police arrested a black male resident of Clifton Heights after responding to DCMH for a reported assault victim in the emergency room. The victim reported going to a residence on E. Baltimore Ave. when a resident of the house confronted him. After a verbal argument the victim stated he was assaulted without provocation. The victim required medical attention as a result of the assault.


10/24/2013 – Burglary – Ofc. McCaughan

Police arrested a white male resident of Clifton Heights in the unit block of W. Madison Ave. The male was wanted on a bench warrant and fled upon police arrival. The actor entered a nearby residence not owned by him and hid at that location. He was eventually arrested and removed from the residence.


10/25/2013 – Assault – Ofc. Wooding

Assault and resisting arrest charges were filed against a white male residence of Clifton Heights after police observed him in the 100 block of Wyncliffe Ave. The male fled when police attempted to arrest him for an outstanding warrant from Chester County. During the brief chase the male did fight police and resist arrest leading him to be incapacitated by a tazer gun.


10/25/2013 – Robbery – Ofc. Caputo

Police arrested a white male resident of Clifton Heights after a teenage victim reported a strong-arm robbery where one dollar was taken from him. The actor reportedly told the victim if he called the police he would have him killed. The victim gave police a description of the male who was taken into custody about an hour later after a brief foot chase.


10/31/2013 – Narcotics – Ofc. Wooding

A white male resident was arrested and charges with narcotics violations after police observed him walking on S. Church St. with a glass bowl on his hand. The bowl had a smell of burnt marijuana and residue.


11/02/2013 – Public Drunkenness – Sgt. Martin

Police arrested a black male resident of Philadelphia after finding him asleep on a front lawn in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave. He was housed until sober and released with a summary charge.


11/04/2013 – Assault – Ofc. Caputo

Police arrested a white male resident of Clifton Heights after he assaulted a male at a bar on E. Baltimore Ave. The victim stated he was at the bar speaking with a friend when the male sucker punched him. Witnesses and injuries were consistent with the victim’s statement. The actor was charged with assault and related offenses.


11/09/2013 – DUI – Ofc. Wooding

A white male resident of Folsom was arrested for DUI and related charges. Officers observed a vehicle operating the wrong way on a one-way street. Upon stopping the vehicle the operator displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI and traffic offenses.


11/12/2013 – Assault – Sgt. Martin

Police arrested a white male resident of Clifton Heights for Aggravated Assault and related charges after responding to a disturbance call in the unit block of S. Diamond St. They found the victim severely beaten with swelling to his head and face. The actor who was known to police was still on the scene and taken into custody without incident.


11/13/2013 – Narcotics – Sgt Chappelle

Possession and related offenses were lodged against a white male resident of Clifton Heights after police responded to his residence for a suspicious condition of the front door of the residence open. When police investigated they found suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in plain view in the living room. The owner of the residence claimed ownership of the contraband stating it was going to be legalized anyway.
