10/25/2011 – Theft – Ofc. Caputo

A business owner located on Mill St. reported that sometime overnight his trucks were broken into. He reported various tools taken as a result.

10/26/2011 – Disorderly Conduct – Ofc. Mccaughan

Ofc. McCaughan was on patrol and observed a black male and female enter a rear parking area of a business on E. Baltimore Ave. The area is not for pedestrian use and the two persons were not patrons of the business. Upon his investigation he located the both actors smoking marijuana between two storage containers. Both actors fled on foot and Ofc. McCaughan apprehended the female. She was charged with disorderly conduct as a result.

10/26/2011 – Assault – Sgt. Martin

Sgt. Martin was notified by Aldan PD of subjects screaming in the area of Springfield Rd. and Jefferson St. Upon his investigation he located a black male and female involved in a domestic dispute. Both had assaulted each other in this fight and were arrested as a result. Both actors are facing assault and related charges.

10/27/2011 – Terroristic Threats – Sgt. Brown

Clifton Heights Police responded to a gas station on E. Baltimore Ave. for a reported subject with a gun. On location a victim reported her son and another male patron were involved in a verbal dispute when the other male pulled up his shirt and displayed a handgun. The male fled prior to police arrival but was later apprehended in Yeadon Borough after his description and the vehicle description was broadcasted. The male was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threats and related charges.

10/28/2011 – Assault – Sgt. Brown

A woman came to the Clifton Heights Police Department with injuries to her face that she attributed to an assault on her by her boyfriend. After an investigation a warrant was issued for her boyfriend for assault and related charges.

10/29/2011 – Retail Theft – Ofc. Morgan

K Mart Loss Prevention reported observing two black females enter the store and conceal items in their bags. After they passed the cash registers and did not pay for the items they were stopped and the items were located. Both were charged with retail theft.
