1/04/2011 – Sergeant Steve Brown
Juvenile – Curfew Arrest
While on patrol, on Willowbrook Ave., Sgt. Steve Brown observed a juvenile female at 2:40AM. The juvenile was placed into custody and returned to her home and custody of her parents. This 15 year old juvenile will receive a citation for our curfew ordinance violation.
1/04/2011 – Officer Marie Morgan
After receiving a call for a domestic incident on the 400 block of S. Springfield Rd. at 11:36PM, Clifton Heights Police responded and resolved the matter without incident. A short time later, officers learned that an active warrant existed, by our local constable, for one of the involved participants.
Officers and the constable returned to the location, and placed in custody a 31 year old female resident of Clifton Heights.

Warrant Arrest – Assist Other Agency
On 1/6/2011, Clifton Heights Police assisted the Montgomery County – Department of Probation and Parole in serving a warrant on the 400 block of Cherry Street in Clifton Heights. On their arrival and announcement at the front door, the wanted occupant attempted to flee through the rear alley door where awaiting officers took the defendant into custody. Arrested was a 26 year old male resident of Clifton Heights Borough.
01/08/2011 – Officer Christian Caputo
Domestic Assault Arrest
Clifton Heights Police were informed of a victim of Domestic Abuse being treated at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital. A 29 year old female victim of Clifton Heights had injuries to her face and body. Investigation learned the victim’s 29 year old boyfriend came home intoxicated and after an argument ensued, punched and threw the victim to the ground. The victim’s injuries to her eye would require additional medical treatment at Wills Eye Hospital.
As a result, a criminal Complaint for Assault and related charges were filed against a 29 year old male resident of Clifton Heights.
01/08/2011 – Sergeant Jack Chappelle
Retail Theft Arrest – Juvenile
K-Mart Loss Prevention observed and apprehended a juvenile for Retail Theft in attempting to leave the store with merchandise totaling &60.00.
This 14 year old male resident of Upper Darby was issued a summary citation violation and released to a family member.
