07/18/2011 – Officer Steve Corsi
Stolen Vehicle Arrest
On July 18, 2011, Clifton Heights Police Officer Steve Corsi investigated a vehicel being operated at Batimore and Springfield Rd. A check of the registrtaion determined this vehicel reported as stolen out of philadelphia om July 15, 2011. As a result of a vehicle stop, the operator (a 16 year old juvenile) residing on 2nd street, in Philadelphia was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and related charges.
07/18/2011 – Officer Matt Antonucci
On July 18, 2011, Officer Matt Antonucci observed a subject throw and disgard an empty soda bottle on the 200 block of N. Springfield Rd. As a result, a citation has been issued against a 19 year old male resident of Grammercy Drive in Upper Darby.
07/22/2011 – Officer Robert McCughan
Domestic Related Assault Arrest
As a result of a reported domestic assault, investigation and observations by responding officers, Assault charges were filed against a 35 year old female resident of Clifton Heights after a domestic related argument turned physical.

Armed Robbery Arrest
Clifton Heights Police were dispatched to the 100 block of W. Washington Avenue for a reported threat by gun and subsequent theft of money and phone. Investigation developed a female suspect who was apprehended a short time later and returned to the scene where she was positively identified by the victim. Armed Robbery and related charges have been filed against a 36 year old female resident of the unit block of S. Springfield Rd., in Clifton Heights.
07/22/2011 – Officer Matt Antonucci
Due to increasing reports of vandalism and related incidents ocuring off the Septa Trolley tracks, Septa Police and several business owners have asked for increased enforcement of trespassing on the Septa Tracks. On patrol Officer Antonucci observed an 18 year old male resident of Clifton Heights on the trcaks and is citing him via the mail on Simple Trespass summary charges.
07/24/2011 – Sgt. Steve Brown/ Sgt. Tim Rockenbach
Clifton Heights Police were dispatched to the 7-11 on E. Baltimore Ave for a reported Armed Robert at 4:45AM on July 24, 2011. Investiagtion determined two suspects entered the store, pointed a handgun at the store employee and stole cash after the employee opened the register.
Investigation learned that a car stop conducted by a Lansdowne Borough Police Officrer shortly after the reported Robbery resulted in the development of two suspects who reside in Delaware. As a result of a search warrant for one suspects home and vehicle, numerous items of evidence linking two suspects, to the robbery, was obtained.
As this investigation proceeds, Clifton Heights Police expect the arrest of two defendants shortly.
